Things I Love

I love the music
on the wind;
stars on parade,
or raindrops din.

I love the flowers’
uplifted faces
sunshine’s’ warmth,
or special places.

I love the storm
in blackened skies;
lightning flashes,
or ghostly faces.

I love the trees
with golden leaves;
emerald grass,
or golden sheaves.

I love the seasons
of summer moss,
spring showers,
or winter frost.
